About Alisa
From Elite Athlete to Mobility Specialist
I spent 15 years as a professional rhythmic gymnast training under Olympic-level coaches. My career ended with double Achilles ruptures—but that became the beginning of my life's work.
Over 20+ years, I've rebuilt my body and developed a systematic approach to mobility that goes far beyond random stretching. I hold a BSc in Sports Science and certifications as a Personal Trainer and Mobility Coach, but my real expertise comes from living it.
My Methodology
Most people stretch without results because they're missing the foundation. My approach is different:
Release → Mobilize → Strengthen → Integrate
This isn't about touching your toes or doing splits. It's about moving well, eliminating pain, and feeling strong in your body—at any age.
What I Believe
✓ Movement quality matters more than intensity
✓ Mobility is active control, not passive flexibility
✓ Your body can change at any age with the right approach
✓ Education empowers better training decisions
✓ Systematic progression beats random exercises
